Are spare parts made in-house and readily available?
Yes. Spare parts such as springs, spring spacers, feet, toe clamps, and coils are readily available. We ship daily with both UPS and FedEx. The customer will need to indicate whom they prefer and provide their associated account number to avoid additional charges for shipping costs.
If I need spare parts, but have no established line of credit, how do I pay for my order?
A credit card payment is required from all new customers prior to your merchandise being shipped. Within the hour you will receive a copy of your paid invoice, credit card receipt, and UPS or FedEx tracking number. A new customer account may be established with a 30-day line of credit after $80,000 in purchases have been made throughout the last 12 months.
