Q: How quickly can I expect my coil order to ship?

Once a credit card is provided for payment, 90% of our coil orders are shipped same-day. The remaining 10% ship within 24hrs of the time payment is received.

Q: If I have one coil that has gone bad, should I just order one to replace it?

If you can see the tag on your second, third, or fourth coil on your unit, and the production dates match, we suggest ordering at least two.

Q: If I cannot read the part number tag on my electromagnetic coil, how can that be identified, so the same replacement model can be ordered?

Feel free to email us pictures of the coil, and inform us what type of unit (hopper or drive, size if known).

Q: If I need my coil over-nighted to my facility, is that possible?

We have both UPS and FedEx available for shipping overnight / next day air, foreign and domestic.

Q: How long should I expect my coil to last?

Since we started our coil manufacturing business in 1991, we have found the average life span of our electromagnetic coils to be around 10 years.
